The heart of every Market Center is the Agent Leadership Council, part of the Market Center Leadership, the ALC shapes what the market center provides for agents. They help set the course and reinforce the fact that this business is built for and run by agents.
The Associate Leadership Council is a group of individuals drawn from the top 20 percent of Market Center producers who are dedicated to finding out what top agents do and using that experience to evolve the systems, tools and processes that all Keller Williams agents use.
The ALC regularly meets to ensure we are continuously developing our model that is built by agents for agents. We focus on fostering a culture that is uniquely prosperous by focusing on growth, productivity, profitability, and culture.
